Sales Operations Specialist/ Assistant Manager (Chinese Speaking)
Description

1. Implement and oversee monthly promotional programs for the full product portfolio by:

  • - Preparing official documents to communicate approved sales programs from the Company to dealers and relevant departments. Coordinate with related departments (Product, Sales, Finance, Legal etc.) to ensure all program details are accurately and promptly communicated.
  • - Preparing sales templates, documents, and procedures to support sales activities.
  • - Preparing documents regarding rewards or disciplinary actions for sales team members.

2. Preparing response letters to dealers concerning business-related issues.
3. Monitor the progress of dealer contracts and ensure all contract terms are submitted accurately and on time into the company’s internal system.
4. Additionally, this role supports the Sales Team by:

  • - Tracking progress, providing status updates, and collecting & compiling weekly/monthly sales reports and sales team members key tasks.
  • - Assisting in the organization and participation in sporting events and team-building activities of the sales team.
Qualifications

1. Education background:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Economic/ Marketing/ Law or related majors.

2. Working experience:

  • - At least 2 years of working experience in Sales Operations related role.

3. Skills:

  • - Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • - Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, ...)
  • - Excellent communication, teamwork, initiative, responsibility
  • - Strong Organization & Problem-Solving skills
  • - Energetic, detail-focused, able to handle pressure
