Retail Operations Manager
Description

- Retail Operations Support: Assist in managing and operating retail activities at consumer electronics store chains

- Display Monitor Execution: Oversee, inspect, and propose improvements for product displays and shelving at retail points.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with relevant departments (Product, Sales & Marketing Team) to optimize product display effectiveness and enhance customer experience.

- Brand Standards & POSM Compliance: Implement, monitor, and ensure compliance with POSM guidelines and brand standards.

- Field Team Training: Organize training sessions for the Field force team to ensure strict adherence to display guidelines.

- Market Visits & Issue Resolution: Conduct regular market visits to inspect retail outlets, promptly identifying and addressing issues arising.

- Reporting & Process Improvement: Prepare periodic reports on operations and display activities and propose solutions to enhance operational quality.

- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Qualifications

Education background:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economic or related majors.

Working experience:

- At least 3-5 years of working experience in retail sector or related role of Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics company.

Skills:

Proficiency in English and/or Chinese
o Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel, ...), Power BI, …

o Willingness to frequently travel to retail sites for inspections

o Strong Organization & Problem-Solving skills

o Proficiency in Sales Operation system
