Ecommerce Specialist/ Assistant Manager
Description

1. SALES (50%):

  • − Support the operation and execution of E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok, etc.)
  • − Monitor, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance
  • − Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Design) and external partners (agencies/MCNs, platforms)
  • − Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends

2. BEFORE-AFTER SALES (50%):

  • − Manage stock levels, order processing, and delivery performance
  • − Monitor and control inventory across E-commerce platforms and internal systems− Coordinate with relevant departments and provide regular updates on operational performance
  • − Handle reconciliation of platform fees and advertising costs (onsite/offsite)
  • − Manage compensation/claims processes
  • − Support in resolving operational issues arising on E-commerce platforms

3. OTHER TASKS:

Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager

Qualifications

1. Education background:

  • − Bachelor’s degree in Ecommerce/ Business Administration /Finance or related majors.

2. Working experience:

  • − Minimum 2–3 years of experience in E-commerce platforms or similar roles (brand side experience is a plus)
  • − Experience in Home Appliances or Consumer Electronics is preferred

3. Skills:

  • − Proficiency in English and/or Chinese (both writing & speaking)
  • − Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word,..)
  • − Strong communication & Relationship management skills
  • − Strong organization & Mul-Task skill
  • − Strong knowledge about E-commerce Sales policies & Processes

4. Others:

  • − Result-Oriented & Open-minded
  • − Time Management & Detail-Oriented
  • − Ability to Work Under High Pressure.
