Display Stand Operations Specialist (1 Year Contract)
Description
  • - Monitor and track the progress of all assigned marketing or installation jobs to ensure timely execution according to the project timeline.
  • - Verify and inspect vendor installation works at stores or sites to ensure full compliance with approved proposals, design standards, and company guidelines.
  • - Prepare, process, and submit all related paperwork and PNs (Purchase Notes) on the Internal System, with an average volume of around 80 PNs per month.
  • - Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams (vendors, sales, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
  • - Support other assigned tasks as required by the line manager or project leader.
Qualifications

1. Education background:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

2. Working experience:

  • - At least 1 year of working experience in BTL/ Display Stand/ Visual Merchandising or related role.

3. Skills:

  • - Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • - Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • - Basic understanding of vendor management or POSM installation is an advantage.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • - Good communication in English is a plus
