In charge of Service, Technical support to CAC business in all LCAC channels/Project sales for MRV/Chiller & Service stations & Training in North market:
- Collaborate with service teams, customer technicians, and service centers to ensure after-sales issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Oversee on-site supervision and commissioning of MRV systems, providing technical guidance and installation support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct technical, installation, and after-sales training for installers, customers, and service partners on both LCAC and MRV product lines.
- Manage all after-sales related matters, including spare parts availability, maintenance support, and service quality assurance.
- Other related tasks assigned by Line Manager
1. Education background: Bachelor’s degree in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering is must
2. Working experience: At least 3-5 years working experience of service job
3. Skills:
- Proficiency in English and/or Chinese is preferred
- Excellent communication & technical skills, support mindset
- Good at planning & service report, analyzing
- Competent in doing technical presentation/training/workshop support
