OPSI Specialist/ Assistant Manager
Description

In charge of OPSI (Order, Purchasing Sales, Inventory) management & Stock allocation

1. OPSI MANAGEMENT:

  • − Overseeing and managing overall OPSI (Order, Purchasing Sales, Inventory), logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity
  • − Monitor and ensure targets for order fulfillment and inventory levels

2. STOCK ALLOCATION:

  • − Collaborate with Logistics Department, factory and related teams to ensure accurate demand forecasts and maintain precise inventory records
  • − Analyze sales performance data to enhance stock allocation strategies
  • − Ensure delivery timeline & optimize delivery processes

All of other related tasks assigned by Head of Product

Qualifications

1. Education background:

  • − Bachelor’s degree in SCM/ Logistics/Accounting/Finance/Business administration or related majors

2. Working experience:

  • − At least 2 years of working experience in Demand Planning/ PSI or related
    position
  • − Having experience in Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics industry is preferred.

3. Skills:

  • − Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
  • − Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,..)
  • − Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • − Time management & organizational skills
  • − Strategic planning skills and data analysis skills
  • − Advanced negotiation and industry benchmark knowledge.

4. Others:

  • − Detail-oriented
  • − Ability to work under high pressure
