Field Force Operations Assistant Manager
Description

The Field Force Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for managing field force operations, policies, expenses, incentive programs, reporting, and field force agency management to support effective retail execution and operational efficiency. This role works closely with Sales Channel Retail teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize field force effectiveness and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure proper deployment and execution of FF policies, including but not limited to salary and KPI schemes, annual benefits, travel policies, and sell-out audit processes.

- Collaborate with Product Departments to develop and implement add-on sales incentive programs and sales contests for Promoters and Local Sales Representatives (LSR).

- Verify sell-out performance data and ensure accurate calculation and payout of incentives.

- Consolidate and track sell-out targets by channel and by position (PS/ME/FFTL/LSR).

- Consolidate operational data and market insights to prepare weekly and monthly reports.

- Track and manage FF expenses and settlement processes in compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Conduct monthly review meetings with Sales Channel Retail teams and agencies to evaluate FF performance and develop action plans for continuous improvement.

- Monitor agency performance and ensure KPI compliance.

- Support ad-hoc projects and perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree, preferred to Business Administration, International Commerce, Finance & Accounting.

- 5+ years of experience in Consumer Electronics, Retail/Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, FMCG.

- Proficient in four core skills of English or Chinese

- Experience managing incentive schemes, expense and field force operations is highly desirable.

- Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

- Effective collaboration, communication, reporting, task prioritizing skills.

- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
