B2B Sales Assistant Manager/ Manager
Description

Be responsible for planning and executing project sales, identifying value opportunities, and building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

1. Sales
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new project opportunities, target clients, and emerging industry trends.
• Proactively develop and manage a strong pipeline of projects, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including project owners, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to secure business opportunities.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to promote product solutions and win project bids.
• Monitor accounts receivable, manage client credit risks, and coordinate closely with the Finance team to ensure timely collections.
2. Bidding & Technical Operations
• Lead end-to-end tendering and bidding processes, including preparation of technical submissions, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with factory and technical teams to ensure accurate product specifications, pricing, and timely order placement.
• Drive contract negotiations and ensure successful project closure aligned with company objectives and compliance standards.
3. Market Expansion
• Organize and deliver professional product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions to clients and partners.
• Develop and expand a strong industry network with architects, consultants, and key influencers to enhance brand presence and generate new leads.
• Identify strategic partnership opportunities to penetrate new market segments and drive sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

1. Education background:
− Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Commercial or related major.
2. Working experience:
− At least 3-5 years of working experience in similar roles.
− Having experience in Home Appliance/Consumer Electronics is referred.
3. Skills:
− Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
− Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
− Proficiency in data analysis and customer relationship management.
− Strategic thinking and the ability to devise and implement client-centric plans.
− Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
− Ability to Work Under High Pressure.
4. Others:
− Result oriented
− Detail-Oriented
