Sales Admin Specialist
Description

1. PURCHASE ORDER (PO)

  • − Receive PO, follow up delivery & payment process with key clients
  • − Collect data to prepare daily/monthly sales & stock report
  • − Work closely with Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

2. SETTLEMENT MANAGEMENT

  • − Follow up payment & collect account receivable on time

3. CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • − Contact with key clients for all related information and queries about PO, payment,
    feedback, sales scheme…

All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager

Qualifications

1. Education background:

  • − Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business administration or related majors

2. Working experience:

  • − At least 1-2 years of working experience in Sales Admin/ Operations or related
    position
  • − Having experience in Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics industry is preferred.

3. Skills:

  • − Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
  • − Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,..)
  • − Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • − Time management & organizational skills

4. Others:

  • − Detail-oriented
  • − Ability to work under high pressure
