
The CAC Project Sales Manager is responsible for sales activities, building and managing customer relationships, and ensures a strong and sustainable project pipeline. In addition, the position plays a vital role in supporting building and developing a high-performing CAC Sales team, achieve assigned sales targets to meet company requirements.
1. Sales Achievement & Pipeline Management
- Achieve assigned national CAC sales targets and manage the project pipeline to meet company objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure, ensuring profitable growth and sustainable business development.
- Oversee and track project progress across regions, providing accurate forecasting and timely reporting to management.
2. Business Development & Partnership Expansion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and design partners to expand project opportunities and strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Explore and establish new customer networks and strategic partnerships to drive business expansion in the commercial air conditioning segment.
- Monitor market trends, including industry movements and competitor activities, to identify new business opportunities.
3. Sales and Technical Collaboration:
- Collaborate with designers to provide professional, customized CAC system solutions and competitive quotations.
- Report work progress on time, ensuring transparency and alignment with management expectations.

1. Education background: Bachelor’s degree in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering
2. Working experience:
- At least 3years’ working experience of projects & have good relations with big & important channel partners national wide
3. Skills:
- Proficiency in English and/or Chinese is prefer
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills, closing deal
- Good at planning & sales forecast skills
- Competent in running sell-in/sell-out targets
