Sales Admin Specialist (MT Channel)
Description

In charge of Purchase order, Contract & Payment, DMS System and Customer service of assigned channels

1. PURCHASE ORDER (PO):

  • - Receive PO, follow up delivery & payment process with key clients
  • - Collect data to prepare daily/monthly sales & stock report
  • - Work closely with Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

2. CONTRACT & PAYMENT MANAGEMENT

  • - Prepare & follow up sales contracts
  • - Follow up payment & collect account receivable on time

3. CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • - Contact with key clients for all related information and queries about PO, payment, feedback, sales scheme…

All of other related tasks assigned by Line Manager

Qualifications

1. Education background:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business administration or related majors

2. Working experience:

  • - At least 2 years of working experience in Sales Admin/ Operations or related position
  • - Having experience in Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics industry is preferred.

3. Skills:

  • - Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
  • - Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,..)
  • - Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • - Time management & organizational skills

4. Others:

  • - Detail-oriented
  • - Ability to work under high pressure
