Key Account Assistant Manager/ Manager
Description

In charge of Modern Trade sales channel (DMX or CP):
1. SALES REVENUE
− Push Sales-in, sell-out to achieve the sales target.
− Collaborating with sales team & internal teams to implement a marketing/sales scheme/trade promotion to maximize the sales revenue.
2. ACCOUNT EXPANSION
− Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for upselling & cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
− Store visit to collect market information, resolve problems/complaints and expand more clients.
− Discuss and negotiate with clients for sell out tie-up pushing, implement sell out activities scheduled to ensure excellent sales execution.
3. SALES PLANNING & MANAGEMENT
− Monitor & control sales forecasting by customers, months, categories, and models.
− Collect & Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
− Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
All of other related tasks assigned by Account Sales Head

Qualifications

1. Education background:
− Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ economics/ Commercial or related major.
2. Working experience:
− At least 3-5 years of working experience in similar roles.
− Having experience in Home Appliance/Consumer Electronics is referred.
3. Skills:
− Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
− Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
− Proficiency in data analysis and customer relationship management.
− Strategic thinking and the ability to devise and implement client-centric plans.
− Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
− Ability to Work Under High Pressure.
4. Others:
− Result oriented
− Detail-Oriented
