AC Sales Specialist/ Assistant Manager
Description

In charge of AC Sales, Network expansion, Retail Marketing & Training coordination

1. SALES WITH DIRECT DEALER (40%)

  • - Take care of the dealer in charge.
  • - Be responsible for sell-in, sell-through and sell-out of RAC and LCAC products.
  • - Make reports & Control the OPSI (Order, Purchasing, Sales and Inventory) of the customers to create the program/promotion to push for sell-in, sell-through, sell out and inventory.

2. NETWORK EXPANSION (40%)

  • - Take care of sub-dealers at area in charge.
  • - For existing sub-dealers: Develop and maintain a strong relationship with & support them to reach bigger sales portion of AQUA AC.
  • - For new sub-dealers: Expand the network to more channels to build the strong customer network in order to reach the higher I.H.S of AQUA AC in area in charged.

3. RETAIL MARKETING & TRAINING COORDINATION (20%)

  • - Manage the LSR team in area in charge.
  • - Carry out sales policy, trade marketing, promotional activities, product launching, seminars and workshops.
  • - Improve AQUA AC images (display stand, samples, demo kit, POSM…).
  • - Coordinate with trainer to provide training course to the customer on the products, installation, seminar, …

All of other related tasks assigned by Head of Business, AC

Qualifications

1. Education background:

  • - Bachelor degree of Business Administration/ Economics or related majors

2. Working experience:

  • - At least 3+ years of working experience in a similar position
  • - Having experience in Home Appliance/ Consumer Electronics company with AC product experience preferred

3. Skills:

  • - Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
  • - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • - Advanced presentation and product benchmark knowledge.
  • - Profound understanding of sales policies and processes.
