
The B2B sales Assistant Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and
managing business relationships with Chinese manufacturers, projects, and B2B clients;
specially, Chinese FDI projects & Renovation projects to achieve the targeted Sales
revenue and expand Sales network:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on Chinese projects
- Lead the sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and final deal closure
- Obtain projects from customers (owners, consultants, contractors) or co-workers
through tailored B2B solutions
- Meet with customers to explain products, clarify details, and resolve post-sales
issues
- Prepare technical data, cost estimates, and quotations for tenders
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, consultants, partners,
and clients
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand emerging trends, competitor
offerings, and customer needs
- Work closely with the product team, finance, legal, and logistics teams to ensure
smooth execution and delivery of products.
- Monitor debt and overdue accounts for clients and support Accounting in
collections
And other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
1. Education background:
− Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese/Business Administration/ Economics/ Commercial or
related major.
2. Working experience:
− At least 3-5 years of working experience in similar roles: B2B Sales or Business
Development.
− Experience in managing Chinese projects.
3. Skills:
− Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both writing and speaking) is a must.
− Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
− Proficiency in data analysis and customer relationship management.
− Strategic thinking and the ability to devise and implement client-centric plans.
− Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
− Ability to Work Under High Pressure.
